How We Can Help You With Our 3-Step Train-The-Trainers Programme
Step 1 : Talk to us. Share with us your objectives, what you wish to achieve and what your concerns are. Tell us what training you ultimately need to be rolled out to your company – eg : Effective Presentation Skills Training, Dynamic Public Speaking Workshops, Self Leadership For Organisational Excellence, Transformational Service Excellence or Teamwork Through Powered Communications
Step 2 : Together with your HR and line managers, we can help you interview and select your internal candidates to be trained as trainers.
The successful installation of the Trainer and application will be achieved in a 3-Part Train-The-Trainers programme;
- Classroom familiarisation of the subject matter (eg Impactful Presentation Skills Training), followed-up with
- Train The Trainer with facilitation and coaching skills, and thereafter
- Selected Trainers will practise subject matter, accompanied by 1 to 1 coaching with our qualified coaches
Step 3 : Maintenance of Standards and Continuous Improvement
Depending on the duration of your company’s roll-out of the training, 36 HR Training & Consultancy will work closely with the curriculum committee after 3 months of the initial role-out. We will review the feedback through-out the duration of its implementation, and work with you to modify the contents, and provide you with consultancy and support.

1. Do you provide Train The Trainers Training on Customer Service or Leadership Coaching or Presentation Skills Training?
Answer : Yes, we do provide the above
2. What are involved in the Train-The-Trainers programme?
Answer : We will sit down with you to identify your objectives, who the participants are, and work out a programme to train your trainers – plus put them through guided rehearsals and power practices to ensure they are ready to be your in-house trainers
3. How long does it take to deliver the full Train-The Trainers training programme?
Answer : It depends on your ultimate programme. For eg, if your ultimate programme for all your staff is a 1 day Effective Presentation Skills Training or Public Speaking workshop, then the trainer-participants have to undergo a 3-day presentation skills Facilitators’ programme, followed by a 1 day Power Practice Programme to help them gain confidence to deliver the programme in house. A rough guide would be to expect about 3-6 days depending on the complexity of the final training programme.
4. How much does it cost to engage 36 HR Training & Consultancy for the Train-The-Trainers programme?
Answer : The total cost is made up of the following component :
Part I : 5 hrs of Consultancy and Interview/Staff Selection – $1,500-$2,000
Part II : Training of Trainers’ participants – each day of 5-15 persons is about $3,500-$5,000
Part III: Power Practice sessions for Trainers’ participants – $3,000-$5000
Part IV:Post workshop review/course modification : depends on extent : each hour $500
Part V: Licence Fee of Training Materials : $250 – $500 per participant
Part VI : Write up and creation of training materials/games/trainers’ guides : $10,000 (this may be waived depending on the complexity of your training needs)
The costs above might seem more than the usual Non-Train-The-Trainer training programmes. However do not forget the Train-The-Trainer programme benefits will extend over years as your staff can deliver the training programmes in house, saving you external trainers’ costs, and giving your staff or new leaders a chance to lead.
